Description –

The Identity was based on the idea of the exhibition – Human intervention with the archive. The exhibition focused on the idea of reimagining the archive so the (re) was singled out and used to represent reuse, copying, cyclisim and cataloging all pivotal elements to the archive.

The layout focused on the idea of the internet. I created a custom line based pattern for each page to represent the uniqueness of online data and used lines to represent the links in the world wide web creating abstract patterns to represent links between information.

The Spacial design created an enclosed space to view the information with a shredder in the middle of the space. The viewer was then instructed to shred whatever information they did not want in the 'archive'. The eventual archive after human intervention were the layouts left untouched.

The invitation features a scanned image of gloves produced as a poster for the event. These gloves represent the theme for the event – Human intervention with the archive. The image to me embodied the whole event, what we were trying to do and say.
